Preferred Hotels & Resorts announced the addition of 14 new member properties between July 1 and September 30, 2025. The new hotels expand the brand’s global portfolio across destinations including Sweden, Mexico, Spain, Brazil and the United States.

“We are thrilled to welcome these 14 extraordinary new members to our global portfolio in the third quarter of 2025,” said Lindsey Ueberroth, CEO of Preferred Hotels & Resorts. “Their arrival marks a continued evolution of our brand’s promise – to celebrate individuality, champion authenticity, and curate unforgettable luxury experiences. Each new member adds a distinct voice to our collective story, enriching the journeys of travelers who seek meaningful connection and character.”

The announcement follows the brand’s continued global growth and includes properties within the Legend, L.V.X. and Lifestyle collections.

In Stockholm, Backstage Hotel Stockholm joins the Lifestyle Collection. Located in a restored 1880s building near the city’s entertainment district, the hotel has 57 rooms including the ABBA Gold Junior Suite and a Loft Room for stargazing. Guests can visit the Backstage Zone, which includes a bar with DJ sets, trivia nights and a private karaoke lounge.

In Mexico, BON Park Hotel at VidantaWorld Nuevo Vallarta joins the L.V.X. Collection. The property includes 79 suites and lofts, multiple dining venues, golf courses, spa services and access to the BON Luxury Theme Park scheduled to open in winter 2026.

Don Carlos Marbella in Spain also joins the L.V.X. Collection after reopening in July 2025. The property has 284 rooms and suites and 24 residences. It offers a Rafa Nadal Tennis Center, Don Carlos spa, four dining venues and access to nearby beach clubs.

In Brazil, Paru Boutique Hotel in Passo de Camaragibe joins the L.V.X. Collection. The hotel includes 20 suites and bungalows with amenities such as yoga, meditation, cycling, tennis and spa treatments. Guests can also access nearby natural pools, a manatee sanctuary and flights along the Costa dos Milagres in Alagoas.

In the United States, The Sun Rose West Hollywood joins the L.V.X. Collection after rebranding from the former Pendry West Hollywood. The 149-room property is located on the Sunset Strip and features a music venue, rooftop dining, a pool and a spa.

Additional hotels joining Preferred Hotels & Resorts during the same period include Altis Porto Hotel in Portugal, Bernardus Lodge & Spa in California, Hotel Cristoforo Colombo in Milan, Jungala Park Hotel at VidantaWorld Riviera Maya in Mexico, Serras Sevilla in Spain, The Pridwin Hotel and Cottages in New York, Trastevere Roma UNA Esperienze in Rome, Vivienda Residence in Riyadh and 27 North in California.

The company noted that I Prefer Hotel Rewards members can earn 2,500 bonus points for a limited time on eligible stays at participating new member hotels. The loyalty program has 6 million members globally and offers points redeemable for Reward Certificates, Titanium status and other benefits across more than 600 hotels worldwide.
