Aman Group has announced plans for Janu Al Marjan Island, marking the second Janu property in the United Arab Emirates and expanding the brand’s growing presence in the region. The new hotel and branded residences will be located on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah.
Janu Al Marjan Island will feature a 132-key hotel with sea views and a range of amenities. The resort will include a Janu Wellness centre with a yoga studio, gym, banya and hammam, as well as a Mixology Bar, two restaurants, a nightlife venue and a Kids’ Club. Guests and residents will have access to a private beach, a Beach Club and a pool.
Next to the hotel, a residential tower will feature one- to five-bedroom Janu Residences and a limited number of standalone villas. Owners will have access to all resort amenities. Designed by Singapore-based SCDA Architects, the development will combine contemporary interiors with waterfront social spaces.
“Ras Al Khaimah is rapidly emerging as one of the Middle East’s most captivating destinations, making it a natural home for our next Janu property. Janu Ras Al Marjan Island will offer a vibrant setting where like-minded individuals can connect through shared experiences, immerse themselves in the region’s striking natural beauty, and embrace the brand’s spirited approach to contemporary, connected living,” saidVlad Doronin, chairman and CEO of Aman Group.
The property will be located near Wynn Al Marjan Island and the Marina, with direct access for mooring.
Janu Al Marjan Island follows the brand’s debut in Japan with Janu Tokyo in 2024 and will join a pipeline that includes upcoming openings in Dubai, Turks and Caicos and Saudi Arabia.
