Premium leisure airline beOnd is expanding its online package holidays brand through a partnership with TUI based on a platform created by tech specialist Nezasa.

The Maldivian carrier, based in Dubai, launched its integrated flight-and-resort booking platform beOnd Holidays earlier this year.

The platform now combines TUI’s global packaging and distribution expertise with Nezasa’s travel technology to facilitate AI-enabled itinerary building.

The next phase enables users to dynamically package their own trips, by searching, designing and customising their journeys.

Using AI, the platform is being built to offer more personalised recommendations and faster responses to traveller preferences.

“We are constantly enhancing our product offering to align with the ever-evolving technology landscape, ensuring our guests and partners benefit from the best innovations in travel,” said Tero Taskila, chairman and chief executive of beOnd.

“Working with established leaders like TUI Airline Holidays and Nezasa allows us to strengthen distribution, bring powerful new capabilities, and ensure that premium leisure travel is delivered with the same seamless ease our guests experience onboard.”

Mircea Tudose, managing director expansion businesses, Tui markets and airline, said: “TUI Airline Holidays is an end-to-end white label packaged holidays provider for airlines.

“By leveraging TUI Group’s international expertise in holiday packages, Airline Holidays is a trusted partner for multiple airlines.

“For TUI Airline Holidays this is a first pilot project where a third-party technology is used to serve a Nezasa customer with TUI’s expertise in the packaged holiday business.”

Alex Farmer, chief commercial officer of Nezasa, added: “The future for premium airlines is not just about improving the inflight experience, it’s about owning the

entire customer journey.

“Being part of a partnership that combines a forward-thinking brand like beOnd with a global travel leader like TUI demonstrates how our technology can turn this vision into a bookable reality, turning complex, high-value holidays into seamless, high-margin revenue streams.”
