Camp Margaritaville will open a new location in Citra, Fla., in spring 2026. The project, named Camp Margaritaville Orange Lake, will be operated by IHM Outdoors, the outdoor and resort division of Island Hospitality Management.
“We are thrilled to welcome Camp Margaritaville Orange Lake into our growing family of premier outdoor destinations,” said Drew Allison, executive vice president at IHM. “This collaboration with a brand as beloved as Margaritaville underscores our commitment to providing unique, upscale outdoor lodging experiences across the country. As we continue to expand, Orange Lake will set a new standard for outdoor hospitality in Florida and beyond.”
“Over the last few years, our two companies have been searching for a collaborative project. The opportunity to connect with this iconic brand in the Margaritaville portfolio and their top tier leadership has been a goal of ours,” said Jeffrey Fisher, principal & founder of IHM. “This opportunity in Orange Lake allows us to align our visions and values. We are proud to bring this unique experience to life and look forward to building on this momentum through future collaborations.”
The resort will include RV sites and vacation rentals. Amenities will feature a pool complex with a swim-up bar and cabanas, food and beverage outlets, live music and entertainment areas, and access to Orange Lake. Additional facilities will include a Barkaritaville dog park, Joe Merchant’s Camp Store, and recreation spaces.
The property will be part of IHM Outdoors’ plan to expand its portfolio, which now spans more than 15 locations and four brands in six states. The collaboration with Margaritaville supports the company’s goal to double top-line revenue in the next three years.
