Marriott International, Inc. has announced plans to open City Express by Marriott Osaka Namba South, in partnership with Pacifica Hotels G.K., following the conversion of an existing property. The hotel is scheduled to debut in 2026 as part of the brand’s first expansion into Asia Pacific.

Located in Hanazono-kita, Nishinari-ku, adjacent to Hanazonochō Station on the Osaka Metro Yotsubashi Line, the 14-story, 143-room property will offer convenient access to central Osaka and nearby attractions including Namba, Dotonbori, Abeno Harukas, Shinsaibashi, and Osaka Castle Park.

Designed for value-conscious travelers, City Express by Marriott Osaka Namba South will combine functionality with comfort, offering reliable, modern accommodations supported by Marriott Bonvoy’s powerful distribution and loyalty platform.
