PM Hotel Group has been appointed to manage the Avila Village Inn, a boutique property located in Avila Beach, California, adding to the company’s Modus Hotels lifestyle collection.
The 48-room inn recently completed a refresh of its guest rooms and suites. The property offers king and two-queen room types as well as suites with fireplaces, pull-out sofas and private outdoor hot tubs. Select accommodations include balconies with views of Avila Valley, while on-site features include pet-friendly rooms and bicycle rentals, with direct access to the Bob Jones Trail connecting the inn to downtown Avila Beach and the shoreline.
Surrounded by vineyards, golf courses and the beaches of San Luis Obispo County, the inn is positioned near local destinations including Edna Valley wine country, Avila Hot Springs and downtown San Luis Obispo.
