GMS Felix
Fairmas now offers a one-way interface with GMS Felix, allowing hotels to automatically import daily revenue data directly from the PMS. This ensures accurate, real-time information flows straight into FairPlanner for better financial visibility.
Cloudbeds
Our one-way integration with Cloudbeds enables the automated daily import of revenue data. This interface is currently available in the pilot phase, with ongoing testing and refinement to ensure a smooth and reliable rollout for all users.
FLYR Hospitality
Fairmas supports a one-way interface with FLYR Hospitality, allowing hotels to import planning data directly from the Revenue Management System (RMS). This provides a more holistic financial and revenue view by aligning operational planning with real-time revenue intelligence.
Lighthouse
Our two-way interface with Lighthouse provides seamless data connectivity, allowing hotels to import planning data and rate shopping data, while exporting PMS and planning data. This integration enhances the link between revenue management and financial planning, ensuring data remains consistent, accurate, and actionable across systems.
Hotellistat
Fairmas features a two-way interface with Hotellistat, enabling hotels to import rate shopping data and unsegmented budget and forecast data from Hotellistat and export Fairmas’ PMS and planning data. Currently in the pilot phase, this integration will, once finalized, provide full synchronization to streamline workflows and ensure consistent, accurate data across both systems.
NetSuite API (ERP)
For hotels using NetSuite, the new one-way API allows automatic import of actual accounting data into FairPlanner. Without this API, data transfer must be done manually, making this enhancement a valuable step toward greater efficiency and accuracy.
NewHotel PMS Cloud
Fairmas now integrates with the cloud version of NewHotel PMS, enabling one-way daily revenue imports. This ensures financial planning and forecasting stay up to date with the latest operational data.
Enaio Optimal System (DMS)
Our one-way interface with Enaio Optimal System allows users to connect invoice links directly into FairPlanner. This improves documentation workflows and makes it easier for finance teams to reference source documents during planning and analysis.
