The Chloe Nashville will officially open the week of January 5th in Hillsboro Village, featuring 19 rooms, a restaurant, three bars, and a lush outdoor pool for guests + locals alike. This comes as the first Tennessee hotel from Róbert LeBlanc and the LeBlanc + Smith team, following New Orleans sister hotels The Chloe and The Celestine, which have collectively earned global accolades including Travel + Leisure’s 2025 It List, Condé Nast Traveler’s Hot List, Michelin Key designation and La Liste’s Gem Hotel Award, among others.
Set in two restored 1920s Craftsman cottages—former homes to Asylum Records and Spirit Music—the property has been reimagined to reflect the creative spirit of modern Nashville while honoring its historic roots. At the heart of the property is an all-day restaurant led by Chef Matt Regan (formerly of Sylvain, Emeril’s, and Luke in NOLA), celebrating Gulf Coast seafood with thoughtful nods to Eastern Tennessee’s food traditions. The bar program, developed by beverage director Jason Sorbet (of Barrel Proof Nashville), will showcase Tennessee whiskey through classic and inventive cocktails.
The concept is designed to serve as both a neighborhood gathering place and a home-away-from-home for travelers and offer community-driven programming like Artists in Residence and Songwriter Series to spotlight local and touring artists and creatives.
