Schulte Hospitality Group has announced a new partnership with restaurant management firm 34th Floor Hospitality. The partnership will help enhance Schulte’s food and beverage offerings. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

As part of the deal, 34th Floor Hospitality will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Schulte. The companies plan to combine their expertise to strengthen restaurant operations across Schulte’s portfolio of over 200 properties.

As part of the agreement, 34th Floor Hospitality co-founders Olivier Zardoni and Alex Taylor will oversee restaurant operations for the expanded group, supported by Schulte’s scale and resources. Zardoni and Taylor bring experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in creating and managing high-performing restaurant concepts.

“We are pleased to welcome Olivier, Alex and the 34th Floor team to Schulte Hospitality Group,” said Darryl Schulte, chairman and CEO of Schulte Hospitality Group. “Their demonstrated success in crafting high-performing, concept-driven restaurants will enhance how we deliver dining experiences to our guests. With their leadership, we’re elevating our hotel restaurants into must-visit destinations that foster guest loyalty and lasting impressions.”

As part of the deal, 34th Floor Hospitality will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Schulte Hospitality.

“Alex and I are incredibly passionate about hospitality, and it’s rare to find partners like Darryl and the Schulte team who share that same commitment,” said Olivier Zardoni, founder of 34th Floor Hospitality. “By combining our expertise in restaurant operations with Schulte’s resources and reputation, we can create innovative dining concepts that exceed guest expectations and drive long-term value for property owners.”

34th Floor Hospitality specializes in improving restaurant operations, streamlining systems and developing strong hospitality brands. Their portfolio includes projects for clients like TopGolf, MSC Cruises, Barrière Casino & Resort, Pebblebrook Hotel Trust, MGM International and Hilton International.

Zardoni brings more than 30 years of experience in the industry, including roles as SVP and managing partner of Sugar Factory and director of restaurant development & operations at both The Cosmopolitan Las Vegas and Wynn Encore Las Vegas.

Taylor, COO and partner of 34th Floor Hospitality, also has decades of experience, having worked with chefs like Alain Ducasse and Wolfgang Puck and playing a key role in launching Wynn Encore’s $2.4 billion food and beverage program.

Founded in 1999, Schulte manages a wide portfolio of properties under major hotel brands like Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt and IHG; as well as independent boutique hotels. The company focuses on operational excellence and delivering exceptional guest experiences, which it aims to further enhance through this new partnership. Schulte also operates a dedicated boutique and lifestyle division, Schulte Boutique and Lifestyle, which operates independent and soft-branded hotels.
