Cameron House Resort has announced the appointment of Will Oakley as Managing Director of the prestigious five-star destination on Loch Lomond.
With an impressive career spanning three decades within the luxury hospitality sector, Will brings a wealth of knowledge to the resort, having overseen the management of numerous five-star properties in the UK and overseas.
Will joins Cameron House Resort and Cameron Lodges from the 300-acre private resort, Jumby Bay Island by the Oetker Collection in Antigua, where he was Managing Director. Under his leadership, the hotel’s turnover and profit grew, which saw it awarded with a 5-star Forbes rating. Prior to this, Will held General Manager roles with luxury properties including The Cadogan (London), Glenapp Castle (Scotland), and Cobblers Cove (Barbados).
Will brings his unparalleled commitment to delivering exceptional service to the team, setting a new benchmark for excellence. In his role, he will oversee and lead all aspects of the resort’s management and operations, ensuring seamless coordination and the highest standards across every department. This includes hotel accommodation, food and beverage services, self-catered lodges and signature experiences. His visionary leadership and attention to detail will be instrumental in enhancing every aspect of the resort’s offerings.
