The Valentine’s Day Set Menu 2025 is priced at £180 for two, which includes a glass of Charles Heidsieck Reserve Brut Champagne.
Designed to be shared, the menu offers a selection of dishes perfect for couples to enjoy together. Guests have the option to enhance their experience with a paired drinks menu, available for an additional £100 per person. This curated pairing perfectly complements the exquisite flavours of the menu, elevating the dining experience to new heights.
The evening will be set against the backdrop of a vibrant and romantic atmosphere, featuring a DJ spinning funky, soulful, and upbeat love tunes. This carefully selected soundtrack will add a unique and lively charm to the celebration.
The culinary journey begins with half a dozen oysters, elegantly presented with orange blossom mignonette, cucumber, and rose.
The second course offers a delightful selection, including tuna Pastrami served with piquillo sauce and garlic labneh, as well as ras-el-hanout duck jamon paired with tahini miso aioli and carob glaze.
For the main course, guests can enjoy pistachio lamb cutlets accompanied by sour cherry jus and white bean piperade, as well as seared scallops served with arroz negro and saffron aioli.
The evening concludes with a treat board featuring an assortment of desserts, including baklava cheesecake, sour cherry alfajores, turron, and Turkish delight.
