Lita, the modern European bistro in London’s Marylebone, has been awarded a prestigious Michelin Star by the Michelin Guide Awards, marking an extraordinary achievement for the restaurant in less than a year since opening.
Founded by restaurateur Daniel Koukarskikh and helmed by acclaimed Irish Head Chef Luke Ahearne, Lita has quickly made a name for itself in London’s dynamic dining scene, earning recognition for its innovative and refined approach to modern European cuisine.

Reinterpreting traditional dishes with a contemporary palette, Chef Luke’s menu is a celebration of Southern Europe synonymous with his “Pan con tomate with Cantabrian anchovies”, “Strozzapreti, Aylesbury duck ragu with 36 month aged Parmesan” and “Native Scottish lobster baked rice, Devon crab, cuttlefish and aioli”.
The Michelin Star accreditation cements Lita’s reputation as one of the city’s most exciting dining destinations, celebrating the artistry and craftsmanship that have defined its journey from day one.
