Dreamscape Hospitality, a Dallas-based third-party hotel management company renowned for operational excellence and a people-first approach, is proud to announce its selection to manage a portfolio of independent lifestyle boutique hotels in the Garden District of New Orleans.

The New Orleans portfolio, owned by Groogrux Hotels, includes:

– The Blackbird Hotel: A boutique oasis in the Garden District, featuring uniquely designed rooms, a lush courtyard with a heated saltwater pool, and a cozy lobby bar serving craft cocktails. The food and beverage program offers playful twists on New Orleans classics alongside upscale favorites. A boutique coffee shop is coming soon to complete the experience.

– The Garden District Hotel: Opening this winter, The Garden District Hotel will blend timeless Southern charm with contemporary luxury. Guests will enjoy a creative food and beverage program inspired by New Orleans’ vibrant culinary scene, alongside a stunning pool area featuring private cabanas for ultimate relaxation.

– The White Heron Hotel: Set to open in 2025 in the Garden District, this highly anticipated property will redefine elegance and sophistication in the New Orleans market.
