Omni Hotels & Resorts has appointed Adam Hayashi as its new Chief Revenue Officer, tasked with leading the company’s efforts to optimize topline revenue and strengthen market positioning. Reporting directly to Chief Commercial Officer Jeff Doane, Hayashi will oversee strategies aimed at driving revenue growth across all segments of the business.
Bringing over two decades of experience in the hospitality sector, Hayashi most recently held the role of Global Vice President of Revenue Management, Distribution & Business Intelligence at Accor. In that role, he supported over 120 properties under the Fairmont and Raffles brands, leading major initiatives in data-driven revenue strategies and operational support.
Throughout his career at Accor, Hayashi played a key role in developing business intelligence tools and enhancing distribution systems. His scope of expertise extends across multiple revenue channels, including Food & Beverage, Spa, and Event Spaces, reflecting a holistic approach to commercial performance.

Beyond his corporate roles, Hayashi remains actively involved in advancing industry best practices. He currently serves on the Americas Board of HSMAI and the Customer Advisory Board of IDeaS. In recognition of his contributions to hospitality revenue innovation, he was named one of HSMAI’s Top 25 Extraordinary Minds in 2019.
His appointment signals Omni’s continued focus on data-driven growth and strategic leadership as the company evolves within a competitive hospitality landscape.
