SIRO, the wellness-focused hotel brand launched by Kerzner International, is set to enter the European market with the opening of SIRO Boka Place in Montenegro.
SIRO Hotels has opened its second property, SIRO Boka Place, in Porto Montenegro, reinforcing its positioning around wellness, fitness, and recovery-driven hospitality.
SIRO Boka Place, the latest opening by Kerzner International’s SIRO Hotels, marks the brand’s European debut and follows the opening of its inaugural property, SIRO One Za’abeel, in Dubai in 2024. SIRO Boka Place boasts 96 rooms and 144 residences, all designed to promote holistic well-being. acilities include a 25-meter outdoor pool, a dedicated Fitness Lab, and a Recovery Lab. These spaces host group classes, therapy sessions, and programs designed to support physical and mental wellness.
The property also introduces a new accommodation category for the brand: SIRO Apartments. Available in studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom configurations, these units are intended to meet the needs of extended-stay guests and families. Features such as fully equipped kitchens, blackout curtains, adjustable lighting, and temperature-regulating bedding support the brand’s emphasis on restorative travel.
The rooms and apartments also include equipment like yoga mats, resistance bands, and Swedish ladders to promote in-room mobility and stretching. Soundproofing and in-room recovery tools are intended to optimize rest and relaxation.
Dining is designed around nutrition, with menus developed under the guidance of in-house nutritionists. SIRO Table offers all-day service with Mediterranean dishes, while SIRO Social provides light options and beverages with a focus on low- and no-alcohol choices. The Refuel Bar caters to guests seeking quick, tailored snacks and drinks.
Guests can also access year-round activity programming and destination-focused tours, adjusted for different fitness levels and interests. These experiences are designed to complement the hotel’s wellness offering by encouraging outdoor activity and regional discovery.
