easyHotel is adding three new hotels to its Spanish footprint, marking significant progress in its rapid expansion across the country.

The new openings in Madrid, Barcelona, and Valencia, take easyHotel’s Spanish portfolio to five hotels, including its existing properties, Barcelona Fira and Málaga.

The openings continue the rollout of easyHotel’s low-carbon, affordable hotel concept, with the new Madrid Alcalá property now open and Barcelona La Sagrera and Valencia Ciutat Vella due to follow this summer.

Guests can now enjoy easyHotel’s signature mix of value and core comforts at new locations across the Iberian Peninsula.

In Madrid, the newly opened easyHotel Alcalá offers a well-connected stay in the San Blas district in the east of the city, with rooms starting from just £65 per night.

With a metro station minutes from the hotel, guests can easily reach major attractions such as the Royal Palace of Madrid, Parque del Río, or catch a game at Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, home to Real Madrid.

Following shortly afterwards, the easyHotel Barcelona La Sagrera, which opens 7 July, offers seamless access across the city, thanks to excellent transport connections that bring guests into the city centre in just 20 minutes.

Business travellers will also benefit from proximity to the 22@ innovation district, one of Barcelona’s key hubs for start-ups and technology firms.

easyHotel’s first Valencian property, Ciutat Vella, opens this August and marks the final launch in the brand’s 2025 Spanish expansion.

From just £52, a night, guests can experience the best of what this vibrant city has to offer, including top attractions such as Valencia Cathedral, the Central Market and the Turia Garden – all within walking distance from the hotel.

Adding an impressive 250+ rooms to its Spanish portfolio, the new hotels are all equipped with easyHotel’s signature four-star style mattresses, free super-fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning and blackout curtains, providing guests with the core comforts for a great night’s sleep.

Spain is a priority market for easyHotel, with tourism demand growing year on year.
