UK: IHG Hotels and Resorts has opened the 143-room, four-star Hotel Indigo London Clerkenwell.
Owned by the Davies family and operated by Axiom Hospitality, the hotel started welcoming guests on 6 June 2025. IHG first signed the property in 2019.
Located at 2 Clerkenwell Road near Farringdon station, the hotel features 143 rooms including nine suites, alongside an all day dining venue Wilderness Kitchen, the Sabini Bar, and two meeting and events spaces.
The property also incorporates the Hat and Feather Pub.
Keith Davies, owner of Hotel Indigo London Clerkenwell, said: “As a family-owned business, opening this hotel is a proud milestone. We’ve embedded our values throughout the property – from the guest experience to our service philosophy – creating a place where business travellers can feel productive, comfortable and connected.”
The Hotel Indigo brand debuted in the UK in 2009 and has since grown to a collection of more than 20 properties.
In November last year, third-party management company RBH signed a dual-branded Hotel Indigo and Staybridge Suites in Dundee.
The K West Hotel in London’s Shepherd’s Bush is also rebranding under Hotel Indigo.
