Sams brings over 30 years of experience to Highgate, with a history of leading diverse hospitality portfolios. Most recently, he served as Chief Operating Officer at Peregrine Hospitality, formerly known as KSL Resorts, where he focused on performance management and operational optimization. Prior to this, he held leadership positions at Davidson Hospitality Group, Interstate Hotels & Resorts, and Omni Hotels, helping drive growth and profitability in large-scale hospitality operations.
