The new brand, designed to meet the evolving needs of both hotel owners and modern travellers, aims to provide tailored guest experiences in strategic urban and resort locations worldwide. This move broadens Dusit’s portfolio as the company continues to expand across the lodging spectrum.

The brand was introduced with three operational hotels: Dusit Hotel Doha, Dusit Le Palais Tu Hoa in Hanoi, and Dusit Hotel AG Park in Chengdu. A new property, Dusit Hotel Greenhills in Manila, is set to open in 2026, indicating the brand’s growing presence in key markets.

Dusit Hotels offers a blend of comfort, locality, and character, rooted in Dusit’s Thai-inspired gracious hospitality. Each hotel is designed to reflect the cultural and physical context of its destination while delivering high-end experiences. Public spaces are designed with local art and cultural references, enhancing the overall guest experience. Smart technologies are also integrated into the design to ensure convenience and efficiency.

The hotels within the brand will typically feature between 120 and 300 rooms, with services that include destination dining, multi-functional event spaces, and wellness offerings tailored to contemporary traveller needs. Dusit Hotels is positioned for conversions and purpose-built developments, with a focus on refined comfort and modern design.

“Our latest brand has been carefully developed to meet the evolving needs of both hotel owners and modern travellers alike. As we continue to reposition the Dusit Thani brand firmly within the luxury segment, Dusit Hotels marks a strategic expansion of our presence in the upper-upscale space, reinforcing our evolution across the lodging spectrum. This new brand allows us to bring our unique Thai-inspired gracious hospitality to a broader range of properties, while giving owners the scope to tailor experiences to their specific markets – all backed by our proven systems, global distribution, and operational excellence. With a strong focus on comfort, character, and locality, each hotel will resonate deeply with domestic and international guests seeking purposeful, memorable stays. ” – Gilles Cretallaz, Chief Operating Officer of Dusit International

Currently, Dusit operates 294 properties across 18 countries and is continuing to see strong demand for its various brands, including Dusit Hotels. With more than 60 properties in its development pipeline, Dusit International is well-positioned for growth in the upper-upscale sector, continuing to leverage its global distribution and operational expertise.

The launch of Dusit Hotels represents a key step in the brand’s expansion strategy, which anticipates signing several additional properties in key gateway destinations over the next two years.

“With three Dusit Hotels already in operation and another distinctive property in the pipeline, our newest brand has already resonated strongly with our target market as well as development partners,” “Reflecting strong demand for this offering, we anticipate signing eight additional Dusit Hotels within the next two years, in key gateway destinations, both cities and resorts. For developers seeking a refined, versatile, and future-ready concept with proven performance and global support, Dusit Hotels presents a compelling opportunity.” – Mr Siradej Donavanik, Vice President – Development (Global).

In recent years, Dusit International has continued to diversify its brand portfolio, expanding beyond its luxury Dusit Thani and lifestyle dusitD2 brands. The company introduced Dusit Princess for the upper midscale segment, and  with the launch of Devarana – Dusit Retreats and Dusit Collection, Dusit is further broadening its offerings to cater to a wider range of guest needs.
