Hilton Jacksonville at Mayo Clinic is officially open and welcomes guests for the first time today, marking the first full-service hotel opening in the Jacksonville market in nearly two decades. Since construction first began in 2023, the eight-story, 252-room property has been one of Northeast Florida’s most anticipated hotel openings.
