
Salamander Collection has appointed Michael Garrow as the new director of sales and marketing at Aspen Meadows Resort.
With over three decades of hospitality industry expertise, Garrow joins Aspen Meadows from Garden of the Gods Resort in Colorado Springs, Colo., where he served as vice president of sales and marketing for four years. Previously, he served as director of sales at Meadowood Napa Valley in California. Garrow has also held leadership positions at Innisbrook Resort in Tampa Bay, Fla. (a Salamander-owned and managed property), Kingsmill Resort in Williamsburg, Va., and Colonial Williamsburg Company in Williamsburg, VA.
“I look forward to working closely with all of our service professionals to continue to expand the resort’s visibility and footprint in the leisure and groups sales market, and I am thrilled to return to the Salamander Collection family,” said Garrow.
Managed by Salamander Collection, Aspen Meadows features 98 suites and is located on 40 acres surrounded by mountain views. The resort recently completed a comprehensive renovation of its guest accommodations and reception and opened its new restaurant, West End Social.
