
Kimpton has announced the signing of Kimpton Miralina Resort & Villas in Paradise Valley, Ariz. The property will be part of IHG’s luxury and lifestyle portfolio and is expected to open in early 2026. It will be the first branded IHG luxury and lifestyle property in the Paradise Valley and Scottsdale market. The project involves the redevelopment of an existing 42-acre site.
Located between Camelback and Mummy Mountains and near Old Town Scottsdale, the resort will include more than 400 guest rooms, suites and villas. It will also feature 50,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor event and meeting spaces.
Guests will have access to six swimming pools, a salon and day spa, a fitness center and nearby hiking trails. Additional amenities will include complimentary bike rentals, in-room yoga mats, the Kimpton Kickstart morning coffee and tea service, the evening Kimpton Social Hour and the “Forgot It? We’ve Got It!” program offering essential travel items.
Kimpton Miralina Resort & Villas will include four dining venues developed with lifestyle hospitality group sbe, including a restaurant led by a well-known chef.

The resort will be jointly owned by Partners Group and Trinity Investments and managed by Highgate. It will be the first IHG property in both Partners Group’s and Trinity Investments’ luxury and resort portfolios.
Kimpton Miralina Resort & Villas will be Kimpton’s second property in Arizona, joining Kimpton Hotel Palomar in downtown Phoenix. The brand has nearly 150 open and pipeline properties worldwide, including upcoming locations in Napa Valley, Pacific Grove, New York City and Kaua’i.
