Radisson Hotel Group has announced more than 210 hotel signings and openings so far in 2025, extending its global growth momentum across Europe, the Middle East, Africa (EMEA) and the Asia-Pacific region (APAC).
The milestone follows what the company described as a record-breaking year in 2024.
Among its European developments, the group is increasing its UK footprint with new properties planned in Manchester and London. The Medlock at Manchester City’s Etihad Stadium will become one of the country’s first stadium-linked Radisson Blu hotels, while Radisson Red will make its London debut through a partnership with PPHE Hotel Group, minutes from Liverpool Street Station.
In the UK, Radisson will also anchor a new all-electric stadium hotel for Oxford United Football Club, part of a wider strategy to embed sustainable design across its future developments.
Radisson Red’s expansion also includes new openings in Oslo, India, the United Arab Emirates and Thailand. The recently opened Radisson Red Oslo City Centre became the group’s second Verified Net Zero hotel, underscoring its sustainability focus.
Elsewhere in Europe, Radisson Blu continues to consolidate its position as an upper-upscale brand with projects in France, Germany, Türkiye and Montenegro. The Radisson Blu CDG Airport Terminal Hotel in Paris is scheduled to open later this year.
The group said activity in the Asia-Pacific region remains a key driver of growth. In China, 130 hotels have been signed and opened this year, led by the Country Inn and Suites brand, while in India Radisson has surpassed 200 hotels nationwide, with 130 in operation and more than 70 under development.
Elie Younes, executive vice president and global chief development officer at Radisson, said: “Hotel openings have been carefully curated to what business and leisure travellers are seeking in 2025, and we have a very strong pipeline of hotel signings and anticipated openings.
“Our goal is clear: delivering meaningful value to our owners, creating memorable experiences for our guests, and driving responsible growth that strengthens communities worldwide.”
