During The Hospitality Show, HOTELS Magazine Editor-in-Chief David Eisen caught up with Brian Gurley, CEO of Enseo, and David Goldstone, president of hospitality for Enseo, to discuss the state of in-room technology, specific to the TV experience.

Enseo is a provider of customer experience technology for hotels in the U.S., with specific capabilities focused on providing a seamless and personalized in-room TV experience. It recently published a report: “The Power of Connections – Speed, Service, and Value Driving the Digitized In-Room Guest Experience,” which examines the current trends impacting the guestroom entertainment experience and how operators can use technology to increase revenue across their entire property.

In this video conversation, they talk about myriad topics, including the guest experience, pushing owner profitablity, vendor relationships, fostering company culture, integrating technology, working with hotel brands and how to overcome tech challenges.
