Meliá Hotels International has announced the signing of its first hotel in the Dolomites, scheduled to open in 2026, marking a new step in its Italian expansion. Developed in partnership with Gruppo Stay, the project positions the group in one of Europe’s most constrained and high-profile alpine markets, where supply scarcity and destination value underpin long-term fundamentals.
