25 Years Anniversary

Cheers to 25 Years of Gratitude and Growthand to our friends, partners, and team members who made it possible.

As the calendar turns to the final pages of 2025, I find myself reflecting with gratitude and a sense of pride on a milestone that feels both surreal and deeply meaningful. This year marks the 25th anniversary of our agency. What began as a small idea has grown into something far more significant than I could have imagined, not because of the services we provide, but because of the people who believed in the vision and helped build it along the way.

First, I want to thank our associates and team members around the world. In an industry that never stands still, your commitment, creativity, and care for our customers are what keep us moving forward. Many of you have been part of this journey for a decade or more, and that continuity is rare. It speaks volumes about who you are and the culture we have built together. Your experience, hospitality knowledge, and loyalty are not just assets to the business, they are the foundation of it.

To our customers, thank you for the trust you place in us year after year. Some of our partnerships span more than two decades, which is something I never take lightly. We have navigated industry shifts, economic uncertainty, and unprecedented global challenges side by side. That kind of longevity does not happen by accident. It happens when relationships are built on honesty, consistency, and mutual respect. There is a phrase we often smile about internally: “We must be doing something right.” The fact that you continue to choose us is the greatest validation we could receive.

Giving back has always been an important part of who we are. Our Annual Christmas Tree Contest remains one of my favorite traditions, not because of the competition, but because it allows our hotel partners to support causes that matter in their own communities. In just four years, together we have donated more than $6,000 to local charities, and that shared impact is something we are incredibly proud of.

As we prepare to welcome 2026, we remain firmly committed to our promise: we are not just about technology, we are powered by people. This principle has guided our agency for 25 years and continues to shape how we serve our clients and support our teams. Should you ever wish to connect, I can be reached directly on my cell at (201) 906-7505, by call or text.

Thank you for being part of this journey. I wish you and your families a joyful holiday season and a healthy, successful year ahead. Here’s to the next chapter and the next 25 years.

With gratitude,

DJ Vallauri
