The hospitality industry is all about personal connection. This is true not only of guests who form bonds with certain hotels or locations, but also of the relationships between hoteliers – and between hoteliers and their technology partners.

These connections are invaluable and founded in trust. All the world’s most stylish, persuasive marketing can rarely beat an honest conversation and recommendation from a trusted colleague or friend.

“A lot of hoteliers call us about moving to Mews. I recommend them to do it and I always tell them I would definitely do it again.”

That’s a quote from Johannes Rohde, Managing Director of MOA Group, and it’s something we hear about often. This loyalty deserves to be rewarded, and that’s why we launched the new Mews Referral Program for all Mews hoteliers, partners and advocates.

What is the Mews Referral Program?

The Mews Referral Program is an easy way for Mews aficionados to share the power of Mews – and be rewarded for doing so. Here’s how it works:

  1. Sign up to receive a unique link
  2. Share your link with any hotelier who’d benefit from using Mews (you can use the same link each time you make a referral)
  3. Our team reaches out to your referral to see if they’re a good fit
  4. If they’re a match, you get €500 (or equivalent local currency) to use how you see fit*

*If you’d like to see more details about what qualifies as a match, you can check the specific criteria on the referral page. The €500 is a special bonus offer that lasts until the end of 2024; from 2025, the amount will revert to a still-very-handy €250.

And before you ask, no: there are no limits to the number of referrals you can make or awards that you can receive. Just keep your referral code somewhere handy so you can send it out whenever you need it.

When a reward is due, you can choose between the following options:

  • Prepaid Visa
  • e-gift card
  • Donation to a charity

Who can join the program?

The Mews Referral Program is for any Mews customer, partner or advocate that believes hospitality is better with forward-thinking, guest-centric technology at its heart. In other words, you.

Why become a Mews referrer?

As you hopefully already know, everyone at Mews is truly committed to transforming hospitality for the better. But to affect genuine change, it takes the passion of hoteliers and fellow industry professionals, and we’re hugely grateful for the positivity and evangelizing from countless forward-thinkers – namely our customers and tech partners. The more people using Mews, the stronger our industry will become.

Of course, aside from these altruistic reasons, there are other benefits to making referrals. The €500 reward, yes, but also because the more properties using Mews, the more power we have to keep innovating and releasing new features and solutions that transform the hotelier and guest experience.

Are you in? It’s super easy to join the Mews Referral Program – just choose the relevant sign-up button on our referral page. You’ll also find some more details in the form of FAQs and the full terms and conditions if you feel like a long read.

Thank you for your continued support – it really means a lot to us.
