Travel tech provider Juniper Travel Technology has announced the acquisition of travel software company Lleego, that specialises in flight management and booking.
Lleego joins the portfolio of Juniper Travel Technology business units, which is part of the travel vertical of Juniper Group, and also has Vela Software and Constellation Software, Inc
With the support and expertise of Juniper, Lleego will be able to seize new market opportunities, expand its global presence as a provider of flight management and booking solutions.
This synergy will not only strengthen both companies but the company feels will consolidate Lleego’s position as a leader in travel technology.
Incorporation the new business will allow Juniper Travel Technology to expand the verticals that enhance its Juniper Booking Engine product, creating the new division of Juniper Flights by Lleego which will combine both to improve its flight technology that is a “comprehensive” platform for flight distribution aimed at travel agencies, tour operators, and other companies in the travel sector.
