What are you looking forward to at HTF?

With technology evolving so rapidly, it’s a challenge to stay ahead of the curve. That’s why I’m excited to attend HTF and tap into the collective wisdom of so many hospitality experts. I’m confident that the insights gained from these conversations will be invaluable in navigating the complexities of this ever-changing landscape.

What industry trends do you hope will be addressed?

I’m particularly excited to see how AI is being implemented in real-world hospitality settings. I’m hoping to see examples of how it’s being used to create more personalized guest experiences, whether it’s through customized recommendations, streamlined check-in processes, or anticipatory service that caters to individual needs. I’m also very interested in how AI can be used to break down language barriers and foster better communication between guests and staff.

Of course, no conversation about the future of hospitality is complete without addressing the challenges. I’m looking forward to learning about the latest obstacles hoteliers are facing and discussing potential solutions with the HTF community.
