Accor and Naif Alrajhi Investment have announced plans to launch the first TRIBE and TRIBE Living properties in Saudi Arabia. These projects will be part of the King Salman Park development in Riyadh, aligning with the country’s Vision 2030 initiative to create dynamic urban spaces.
The announcement follows the King Salman Park Foundation’s move to develop its first real estate investment project in partnership with Naif Alrajhi Investment. It also builds on the existing partnership between Accor and Naif Alrajhi Investment, which launched Fairmont Ramla Serviced Residences in 2023.
TRIBE Riyadh King Salman Park will feature 250 rooms, two restaurants – including a rooftop dining venue – meeting spaces and a banquet hall. Wellness amenities, such as a gym and swimming pool, will also be available.
TRIBE Living will offer 150 apartments, from studios to three-bedroom units, alongside shared amenities like a clubhouse. Residents will have access to the hotel’s dining and recreational facilities, blending residential and hospitality experiences.
“As a real estate developer and master lessee of the King Salman Park Package 1, mixed-use project, we are proud to be contributing to the realization of Vision 2030 and development of our nation’s real estate sector. We are delighted to be working with Accor once again, a trusted partner, to introduce new and iconic brands to the local market for the first time,” said Naif Saleh Alrajhi, chairman and CEO of Naif Alrajhi Investment.
Situated within King Salman Park, one of the largest urban parks globally, the development spans 290,000 square meters. The development will include a mix of residential, commercial and community facilities. It is located near major park attractions, including the Royal Arts Complex and Visitors Pavilion, and offers easy access to King Abdul Aziz Road, two metro stations and a bus rapid transit station.
