The hotels – Sonesta Simply Suites Dallas Richardson and Sonesta Simply Suites Fort Worth Fossil Creek will operate as Sonesta franchises, owned and managed by Equinox Hospitality.
The Sonesta Simply Suites Dallas Richardson is located at 12525 Greenville Avenue, 10 miles from downtown Dallas and 15 miles from Dallas Love Field. The 122-suite hotel offers guest convenient access to Medical City of Dallas, Texas Instruments, Concorde College, Dallas College – Richland Campus, Watermark Community Church, the Charles W. Eisemann Center for Performing Arts and NorthPark Mall.
The Sonesta Simply Suites Fort Worth Fossil Creek is located at 5201 Endicott Avenue, 10 miles from downtown Fort Worth and 20 miles from the Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport. The 98-suite property is close to many of Fort Worth’s major attractions and corporate headquarters including the Fort Worth Stockyards, the Fort Worth Convention Center, Dickies Arena, BNSF Railway, Lockheed Martin, Bell Textron and Coca-Cola.
