Located across from the iconic Mall of America and just minutes from Minneapolis-Saint Paul International Airport, this 144-room extended-stay hotel offers exceptional amenities and a prime location for both business and leisure travelers. This acquisition marks Whitestone’s first investment in Minnesota and its fourth Homewood Suites purchase in the past 18 months.
