Luxury lifestyle and travel network, ASMALLWORLD, has announced the appointment of Zain Richardson as CEO, effective from March.

Richardson brings two decades of experience leading global luxury brands. He previously served as chief marketing and customer officer for Aero, the California-based, industry-disrupting luxury airline challenging private jet travel.

Before joining Aero, Richardson served as chief marketing officer at Aman Group leading across all verticals, including hotels, residences, wellness, and skincare, as well as spearheading the development and launch of Aman-sister brand Janu. 

He’s also held various commercial leadership roles at Marriott International, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, Starwood Hotels & Resorts, and Expedia Group.

Under his leadership, ASMALLWORLD will continue to further strengthen its position as a key player in the luxury travel and lifestyle space, expanding its global reach and member offerings as it enters its third decade.

Richardson said: “During a time of content overload, it’s hard to know who to trust and listen to when it comes to luxury and lifestyle. 

“As a member myself since 2007, I know firsthand the power of this loyal community and I look forward to working with our teams and partners to write ASMALLWORLD’s exciting next chapter.”
