Worldwide: Luxury hotel and residence group Dorchester Collection has appointed Philippe Leboeuf as chief executive officer, effective June 2025.
Leboeuf joins Dorchester from Raffles London, where he oversaw the opening of the hotel as managing director.
Prior to this, he served 11 years with Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group and has held additional leadership roles with Claridge’s, Rosewood, and Concorde Hotels. Leboeuf also supported Leading Hotels of the World as board director.
Leboeuf said: “As Dorchester Collection hotels write the history of their destinations and have a special alchemy that brings them together, I’m greatly looking forward to taking the company legacy and storied heritage to the next stage.”

The group’s current portfolio includes: The Dorchester London, 45 Park Lane London, Coworth Park Ascot, Le Meurise Paris, Hôtel Plaza Athénée Paris, Hotel Principe Di Savoia Milan, Hotel Eden Rome, The Lana Dubai, The Beverly Hills Hotel, and Hotel Bel-Air.

Its residences include: Mayfair Park Residences (London) in partnership with Clivedale, as well as One at Palm Jumeirah, The Lana Residences, Ava at Palm Jumeirah, Orla, Orla Infinity, Vela, and Vela Viento (Dubai) in partnership with OMNIYAT.
The Alba Residences in Dubai is due to open in 2028, and a hotel is currently under construction in Tokyo marking the company’s debut in Asia.
