UK: Real estate investment and management firm Dominus has launched Dominus Hospitality, a hotel management platform aimed at expanding its portfolio.
The platform is part of Dominus’ strategy to grow annual revenue from its hotels to more than £100 million by 2026.
Overseen by Preet Ahluwalia, principal director at Dominus, and led by Matt Williams, director of hotels, the leadership team at Dominus Hospitality includes seven executives covering revenue, marketing, finance, and operations.
Martin Quinn, a strategic advisor, will support the team’s investment strategy and capital partnerships.
Ahluwalia said: “The launch of Dominus Hospitality will enable us to build on our success as we look to grow our annual recurring revenue and add to our portfolio of hotels.”
Williams added: “This is an exciting time for Dominus Hospitality, with a highly experienced senior team in place ready to support the ambitious growth strategy.”
Dominus, which has developed 15 hotels since 2011, owns and operates five properties under the Hilton and Marriott brands. The properties will now be managed by Dominus Hospitality.
These include two hotels in London: The Dixon, Autograph Collection in Tower Bridge; and Lost Property, Curio Collection by Hilton in St Paul’s. Additional properties are located in Oxford and Bath, and all five hotels hold Green Key accreditation.
Dominus has four other hotels in development across London, including the transformation of a former bank office into a 237-room Curio Collection by Hilton on Great Tower Street.
