The ITHQ Foundation has announced key leadership changes, including the appointment of Nathalie Lemyre as Executive Director. The Foundation has also welcomed Josée-Christine Boilard to its Board of Directors and promoted Josée Dufour to Vice-Chair of the Board.

Nathalie Lemyre appointed Executive Director

Nathalie Lemyre, a graduate of the Institut de tourisme et d’hôtellerie du Québec (ITHQ), brings over 26 years of leadership experience to her new role. Having worked with prominent hotel brands such as Fairmont, Delta, and Hilton, Lemyre’s career further expanded with Air Canada, where she held various strategic roles across multiple departments, including human resources, customer experience, and service management.

Her background in strategic planning, innovative development, and problem-solving will be invaluable in advancing the ITHQ Foundation’s mission. Lemyre is also deeply involved in non-profit work, having contributed to several organizations such as the International Aerospace Women’s Association (IAWA) and Women in Aviation International, showcasing her commitment to community development and leadership.

“In our discussions with Ms. Lemyre, we had the opportunity to discover a person who is both experienced and deeply committed to the Foundation’s mission. Her clear vision and passion for the future stand out. The Board of Directors recognizes in her an innovative manager, ready to put her expertise at the service of the next generation and the ITHQ’s priority projects,” – Marie-Line Beauchamp, Chair of the Board of Directors of the ITHQ Foundation.

Her extensive philanthropic involvement, including her past leadership roles with the Relay for Life of Greater Montreal South-West and the Fondation du Collège Montmorency, will support the Foundation’s ongoing efforts to drive excellence in education and community engagement.

Josée Dufour appointed Vice-Chair of the Board

The ITHQ Foundation also announces that Josée Dufour, a member of the Board since 2024, has been appointed Vice-Chair. Dufour’s ongoing contributions have been vital to the Foundation’s growth and success, and her leadership will continue to guide the Foundation’s work in supporting ITHQ’s mission and initiatives.
