UK: Hospitality platform RMS has partnered with revenue management specialist Right Revenue to help short-term rentals, independent hotels, and serviced apartments boost profits through smarter pricing. 

The two companies launched a new integration that enables live data from RMS to flow directly into Right Revenue’s AI-powered system, giving hoteliers access to real-time booking trends, predictive forecasting and automated pricing tools.

By adopting the integration, independent operators should be able to implement more dynamic and strategic room rate strategies, once limited to larger hotel groups.

Adam Seskis, CEO at RMS, said: “For independent hotel owners and operators, the lack of accurate revenue forecasting can lead to missed booking trends, ultimately resulting in significant revenue loss. Our integration with Right Revenue addresses these challenges.

“This partnership combines two powerful platforms to give independent hoteliers a competitive edge. By integrating RMS with Right Revenue, we’re enabling access to real-time insights, automated pricing, and faster, smarter decision-making.”

Adrienne Hanna, founder and CEO of Right Revenue, said: “Our goal is to help independent hoteliers set the right pricing strategy to maximise revenue. By integrating with RMS, we’re making it easier for independent hotel owners to achieve that balance, ensuring improved income and freeing up time to focus on enhancing the guest experience.”

Right Revenue said its platform delivers daily pricing forecasts up to two years ahead with less than a two per cent margin of error. Hosts should be able to forecast by segment, source, channel, room type and rate type to respond quickly to market changes.

RMS and Right Revenue said users have seen double-digit revenue growth.

The integration offers live KPI dashboards and dynamic rate recommendations based on real-time booking behaviour, helping hosts align prices with demand.

RMS provides cloud-based management systems for hotels, motels, serviced apartments and short-term rentals. Right Revenue offers data-driven pricing and forecasting for independent operators.
