Dusit International, has announced that Ms. Prachoom Tantiprasertsuk, Vice President – Operations and Government & Business Relations at Dusit, has been appointed President of the Thailand Incentive and Convention Association (TICA) for the 2025-2026 term.

This role will allow her to further shape Thailand’s position as a leading destination for meetings, incentives, conventions, and exhibitions (MICE), while continuing her long-standing engagement with TICA.

“I feel incredibly honoured to step up from Vice President of TICA and take on the President role,” “At Dusit, I’ve always felt proud to represent a Thai brand on the global stage. Now, as TICA President, I also have the privilege of leading efforts to promote our beautiful country as a world-class MICE destination. Together with our partners across government, private, and international sectors, I will work to ensure Thailand remains top-of-mind for organisers worldwide.” – said Ms Prachoom Tantiprasertsuk.

As President of TICA, Ms. Tantiprasertsuk aims to integrate the core values of Dusit Graciousness—service, locality, well-being, and sustainability—into TICA’s national MICE strategy. Her leadership will focus on expanding Thailand’s visibility and attractiveness to global MICE organizers, leveraging partnerships across government, private, and international sectors.

Dusit’s executives have consistently contributed to the hospitality and tourism sector through active leadership. Ms. Suphajee Suthumpun, CEO of Dusit International, holds influential positions such as being a Member of the School International Advisory Board at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University’s School of Hotel and Tourism Management. Mr. Chanin Donavanik, Vice Chairman of Dusit, continues to lead initiatives across Southeast Asia, including serving as Honorary Advisor to the Thai Hotels Association (THA).

Through initiatives like Dusit Hospitality Education, the company continues to nurture hospitality professionals and foster global tourism dialogues, reinforcing its role as a thought leader in sustainable tourism.

Ms. Tantiprasertsuk’s appointment at TICA highlights Dusit International’s broader impact on the MICE sector, positioning Thailand for continued growth and recognition as a top destination for business tourism.

TICA, established in 1984, is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting Thailand as a preferred MICE destination, and Ms. Tantiprasertsuk’s new leadership role reflects both her extensive experience in the MICE sector and Dusit’s ongoing commitment to advancing Thailand’s tourism and hospitality industries.
