Leading travel subscription company and e-commerce firms, eDreams ODIGEO, is launching a recruitment drive to incorporate 150 new roles as part of its fiscal year-end objectives.
These positions, primarily within technology teams, reflect the Company’s established target of reaching 1,850 team members by March 2026.
This new hiring campaign builds on eDO’s remarkable growth. Its global team has expanded by over 50% since 2021, to support the continued growth of its pioneering Prime model, the world’s first and largest travel subscription platform.
Prime itself has grown exponentially from 1.9 million members in 2021 to over 7.25 million today.
The expansion comes as eDO solidifies its position as one of Europe’s leading tech employers with LinkedIn recently ranking eDO the #1 Top Company to Work for in Spain in its 2025 list.
This award celebrates excellence in career growth, skills development, and workplace. This latest accolade builds upon eDO’s consistent recognition on Forbes’ ‘Best Companies to Work For’ list, where the Company has now been featured for four consecutive years, including the recently announced 2025 ranking.
By continuing to boost its tech capabilities with an expanded team, eDO will further accelerate innovation in Artificial Intelligence (AI), which has been central to its operations since 2014.

This AI-first approach powers the growth and personalisation for its over 7,25 million Prime members and fosters an innovative environment across its expanded network of tech hubs in Europe, including locations like Barcelona, Madrid, Porto, Milan, Alicante, Mallorca, and Budapest, among others.
Lindsey Auty, Chief People Officer at eDreams ODIGEO commented: “Having established the world’s leading travel subscription platform, everything we do is now focused on taking it to the next level. Continuously evolving our industry-leading service requires both brilliant people and pioneering technology working in sync.
“This powerful combination underpins our continued growth. Our planned expansion will help us accelerate this innovation to continue to scale our Prime model.
“The new roles will offer exciting opportunities for tech professionals to develop cutting-edge solutions within an AI-first company that holds a distinct competitive advantage as the world’s first and largest travel subscription business.
“Being recognised as a top employer by global renowned brands like Forbes and LinkedIn reflects our commitment to fostering a culture where talent thrives and drives the innovation enabling us to deliver unique value and feel ‘Proud to be Prime’.’
