UK/Italy/Japan: Fashion brand Zara has launched a feature on its mobile app called Travel Mode, allowing users to arrange delivery directly to their hotel and explore the local area.

Through the app and via Travel Mode, customers can purchase items from a Zara store close to their travel destination and have the order delivered straight to their hotel.

It is currently available in Italy, the UK, and Japan. The geolocation option needs to be activated in the Zara app for customers to browse the market/region where they are visiting.

With Travel Mode turned on, customers will only be able to view and purchase items available in the market/region they have selected. Prices of items are adjusted to the local currency, and payment methods are based on local options.

Additionally, the feature provides tools such as local travel guides and recommendations for museums, restaurants, and hotels. Users are also able to share travel memories using the postcard feature.

Highlights:

• Zara has introduced Travel Mode, enabling hotel delivery and localised shopping in UK, Italy, and Japan.
