A CULINARY DIALOGUE WITH MICHELIN-STARRED CHEF GIUSEPPE IANNOTTI
Kicking off the series on Tuesday, June 18th from 7 PM, the inaugural dinner will feature a collaboration between resident chef Daniele Canella and the visionary two-Michelin-starred chef Giuseppe Iannotti of Krèsios in Telese Terme (Benevento). Limited to just 16 guests, this intimate evening will present a carefully curated tasting menu that harmoniously blends Iannotti’s instinctive creativity and Canella’s refined technique. The experience is priced at €190 per person, with the option to add a wine pairing for €110. Open to external guests with prior reservation, this event promises to be a highlight of the culinary calendar.
Daniele Canella, Executive Chef and holder of one Michelin star, was born in Lucca in 1974. His passion for cooking started early and took shape in renowned kitchens in Rome, Edinburgh, Venice and San Cassiano. UPCOMING FOUR-HANDS DINNERS
On August 12th, Il Visibilio will welcome Davide Canella, Executive Chef at the Michelin-starred Contrada restaurant within Castel Monastero resort. A Tuscan native (born 1972) with an impressive international background, having worked at La Terrazza dell’Eden in Rome and Hotel Quinta do Lago in Portugal, Canella’s culinary style celebrates seasonal, locally sourced ingredients while honoring Mediterranean traditions.
Then, on October 7th, the spotlight shifts to Federico Zanasi, Executive Chef of Condividere in Turin, located within the iconic Lavazza “Nuvola” complex. Originally from Castelfranco Emilia, Zanasi honed his culinary skills after graduating from hospitality school and through formative experiences in Italy and abroad, including working alongside Moreno Cedroni. His inventive yet grounded approach has earned Condividere a Michelin star and widespread acclaim.
These are two unmissable evenings that celebrate culinary talent, innovation, and a deep passion for Italian excellence amidst the enchanting flavors of Tuscany.
