Arriving in style to taste the finest English fizz is now smoother than ever with a new partnership between award-winning winery Hattingley Valley and the global chauffeur service Blacklane.

As part of Blacklane’s growing international city-to-vineyard collection, the collaboration will allow wine lovers to book a bespoke tour and tasting at Hattingley Valley, with their return Blacklane journey included in the package. Expect rolling hills, fine wines and a journey just as smooth as the pour.

Launching during English Wine Week this June, Blacklane and Hattingley Valley’s new pairing matches the best of sparkling wine with the comfort and hospitality of high specification vehicles and professional chauffeurs. Guests also enjoy ample boot space for bottles, magnums, exclusive gift boxes and more.

Hattingley Valley will curate packages designed on the individual areas of interest for each guest, featuring tastings of favourites such as Blanc de Blancs, Kings Cuvée and the English Gent, effortlessly extending the experience with arrival and departure by Blacklane.

James Dow, London general manager for Blacklane, explains:

“England’s wine scene is popping, and the most exciting English wines are all produced within easy driving distance of London. We’re thrilled to create together a cuvée experience with Hattingley Valley that will leave tastebuds singing and keep the designated driver role with a professional chauffeur. Our city-to-vineyard programme is growing rapidly, and the addition of the Hattingley Valley experience is perfect for any palate.”

Channing Jones, marketing manager, Hattingley Valley, adds:

“English sparkling wine fans are renowned for their impeccable taste, ability to recognise exceptional quality, and love of the finer things in life. Pairing with Blacklane is a natural extension for Hattingley Valley. We’re looking forward to making it truly seamless to visit the winery and see our innovative production methods first-hand. Bringing a taste of Hampshire to Blacklane’s guests exploring England’s countryside is an exciting opportunity.”

Located in Hampshire, a two-hour drive time from central London, Hattingley Valley has international accolades for its world-class wines, sustainability, and innovative approach to wine making. The winery is now connected to residents, hotels and airports of the city with a private chauffeur service from Blacklane bringing first-class hospitality to both the journey and tastings.
