Leading hospitality platform for hotels, motels, campgrounds, serviced apartments and short-term rentals, RMS, has announced the appointment of Chetan Arjun as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) as it strengthens its executive team to support global growth.

Chetan brings more than two decades of financial experience across the technology and software sectors.

He has held senior roles at PwC, Coles Group and Crown Resorts, and most recently served as Group CFO at Lux Group. His expertise spans strategic expansion, financial leadership, and operational excellence at both public and private companies.

As CFO, Chetan will lead RMS’ financial strategy, with a focus on sustainable growth and operational efficiency, while supporting the company’s long-term vision to be the connected technology partner of choice for the hospitality sector.

Chetan’s appointment underscores RMS’ commitment to strengthening its executive leadership team as the company enters its next phase of innovation and global expansion

Joining CEO Adam Seskis, who was appointed in December 2024, Chetan brings deep expertise from the travel industry in mergers and acquisitions, capital deployment, and global scaling, skills that will be instrumental in guiding RMS’s strategic direction.

Adam Seskis, Chief Executive Officer at RMS, said: “We are delighted to welcome Chetan to the executive team at such an exciting time in our journey. His experience, strong financial acumen, and strategic mindset make him a fantastic fit for RMS. As we continue to expand internationally and invest in innovation, Chetan’s leadership will be key in aligning our financial operations with our strategic goals.”

A global company, RMS serves more than 7,000 properties across 70 countries.

With investment from private equity firm Advent Partners and a deep commitment to customer-centric innovation, RMS continues to scale its platform and capabilities to meet the evolving needs of the hospitality industry.
