Rocco Forte Hotels and Emerald Pine Capital have announced a strategic partnership to support the expansion of the Rocco Forte brand across Europe and the Middle East. The collaboration combines Rocco Forte’s operational experience with Emerald Pine Capital’s investment and asset management expertise to create a team with capabilities in sourcing, underwriting, structuring and execution.

The partnership will target repositioning, value-add, and development opportunities in gateway cities and high-demand leisure destinations. The goal is to provide a differentiated proposition for investors and an efficient process for asset owners.

“I am pleased to be able to announce our partnership with Emerald Pine Capital and I am confident that their years of experience and strong reputation within the financial world will further fortify our existing team and our expansionary efforts in Europe and beyond,” said Charles Forte, director of development at Rocco Forte Hotels.

“As the luxury hospitality sector continues to evolve, we are delighted to partner with Rocco Forte to offer a distinctive combination of expertise and skill sets to our clients and partners. This collaboration reflects our shared commitment to quality and long-term value creation in the hospitality space. We look forward to working with aligned partners on this exciting journey,” said Fabrizio Grena, founding partner and CEO of Emerald Pine Capital.

The partnership reflects an ongoing strategy by Rocco Forte Hotels to grow in key European and Middle Eastern markets by leveraging both operational and financial expertise. Emerald Pine Capital brings experience in structuring transactions and managing investment assets to support targeted acquisitions and development projects.

By combining these capabilities, the partnership aims to identify high-potential hotel assets and create value for investors, while providing a structured and streamlined process for asset owners seeking development or repositioning options.

The focus on gateway cities positions the partners to capture demand from business and leisure travelers, while the emphasis on high-demand leisure destinations supports market growth and brand recognition. Strategic collaboration enables both companies to align their teams and resources to maximize operational and financial outcomes.

The partnership further illustrates the trend of combining operational hospitality experience with specialized investment expertise to expand hotel portfolios in competitive markets. By pursuing both development and value-add opportunities, Rocco Forte Hotels and Emerald Pine Capital aim to create long-term growth and enhance the overall hotel experience in the markets they target.

This collaboration represents a model for future partnerships in the hospitality sector where aligned objectives, complementary expertise, and market knowledge contribute to successful hotel development and management.
