Holiday Inn Express Burton Upon Trent and Ibis Styles Burton on Trent have joined Burton Albion Football Club as new joint bronze partners.

Both hotels, owned and operated by HCM Midlands Limited under franchise from IHG Hotels Ltd and Accor Hotels respectively, have joined the club through its newly launched Partnership Programme.

Holiday Inn Express Burton Upon Trent has been open since 1997, while Ibis Styles and Suites Burton on Trent is marking its first anniversary this month. HCM Midlands also operates hotels in Swindon, Cardiff and Wimbledon.

The two hotels are established market leaders in Burton, offering international brand standards and services for both business and leisure guests.

Ibis Styles also caters for long-stay visitors with in-room kitchen facilities.

Alan Northern, general manager of both hotels, said: “We are delighted to grow and develop our relationship with Burton Albion through the newly launched Partnership Programme.

“We have a long-lasting relation with both the football club and the Community Trust and look forward to exciting times ahead with the new leadership at board level.”
