Trevean on the Lizard is a four-bedroom luxury rental with a private outdoor heated pool and hot tub, and views of Mullion Cove and Mullion Island.
The property comes with exclusive use of a Monaco Garcia electric buggy to get around, as well as to access the full range of facilities at the nearby Polurrian on the Lizard hotel.
This holiday home, known as Trevean for over 100 years, has been transformed by Polurrian on the Lizard’s Lincolnshire based owner, Andrew Long, and his design team.
The ground floor comprises a contemporary kitchen and dining area as well as a “vast” living space with glass doors opening to uninterrupted sea views, both making the most of original exposed brickwork and beams.
The ground floor also encompasses three bedrooms, all with en suite facilities. Upstairs, the master sea view suite comes with a private lounge area and roof terrace with fire pit.
The landscape grounds feature a private heated swimming pool and hot tub along with a terrace for al fresco meals and barbecues.
