Accor announced the launch of ALL Accor+, a global subscription platform unifying its existing regional subscription programs under one framework. The initiative integrates subscription offerings into the company’s ALL Accor loyalty program and introduces a tiered structure with four subscription options.

“The launch of ALL Accor+ is a strategic leap forward in how we deliver value to our guests and hotel owners. With four distinct cards tailored to different travel styles, we are making it easier than ever for members to choose the benefits that best suit them. By unifying our subscription offerings under one global brand, we are creating a more attractive product that strengthens the entire ALL Accor ecosystem and will gradually be rolled out across multiple regions. This is not just about perks — it’s also about providing rational and emotional value to our best customers and giving hotel owners a powerful tool to drive results,” said Mehdi Hemici, chief loyalty and ecommerce officer, Accor.

ALL Accor+ is positioned as a fully integrated part of the ALL Accor loyalty ecosystem. It is designed to provide more clarity and consistency while aligning subscription benefits with Accor’s broader value proposition. The program builds on a 30-year history of loyalty innovation, from the creation of Accor Plus in Asia Pacific to ALL Signature in Brazil.

The program includes four subscription cards: Explorer, Voyager, ibis and Signature. The options are tailored to different types of travelers across more than 4,500 hotels and over 30 brands worldwide. Benefits include exclusive discounts on stays, accelerated status within ALL Accor, and access to member-only offers.

ALL Accor+ Signature is focused on the Brazilian market and will be rebranded in 2026. The program provides monthly Reward and Status Points, along with exclusive experiences and benefits at hotels in South America. The price begins at 135€ per year.

By consolidating these programs, Accor plans to increase opportunities for personalization and direct bookings. Members will be able to access more than 110 global partners and 2,000 exclusive events. Since the launch of ALL Accor in 2019, more than 100 million members have joined the loyalty platform.

ALL Accor+ will continue to expand across regions as Accor introduces the new structure to its global customer base.
