US: Management company PM Hotel Group has appointed Evan Morick as senior vice president of development.
Morick brings more than 20 years of experience in hotel development, acquisitions, and asset management to the role. Most recently, he advised Douglas Development Corporation where he oversaw asset management for a multi-hotel portfolio and supported the company’s investment strategies.
Prior to his advisory role, Morick served for more than a decade as senior vice president of development at Procaccianti Companies. Throughout his career he has worked for additional companies including Kokua Hospitality, Rim Hospitality, Hilton, and MeriStar Hospitality Corporation.
In his new position with PM Hotel Group, Morick will be responsible for growing the company’s national portfolio of core-branded and lifestyle properties through HMAs and strategic partnerships with owners.
