Perthshire restaurant receives Notable Wine List Award following nomination for AA Wine Award for Scotland

MURRAYSHALL, PERTHSHIRE – Murrayshall is delighted to announce that its acclaimed restaurant, Eòlas, has been recognised at the prestigious AA Hospitality Awards 2025. Following a nomination for the esteemed AA Wine Award for Scotland, Eòlas has been honoured with the Notable Wine List Award, cementing its position as one of Scotland’s most distinguished dining destinations.

This significant recognition celebrates the exceptional dedication, knowledge, and passion of Eòlas’s sommelier and culinary teams, who have thoughtfully curated a wine experience that seamlessly marries provenance with innovation. The award acknowledges the restaurant’s commitment to excellence in wine selection and service, reflecting the evolving expectations of luxury dining in Scotland.

Nestled in the picturesque rolling hills of Perthshire countryside, Eòlas transcends the traditional restaurant experience. More than just a dining venue, it represents a carefully crafted narrative told through flavour, place, and the sophisticated art of wine pairing. Each carefully selected glass in their collection reflects the team’s unwavering commitment to excellence and their deep understanding of their guests’ refined palates.
