
NYX Hotel London Holborn has officially launched a new food and drinks menu at its Midtown Bar and Dining restaurant, expanding its all-day offer with signature cocktails, mocktails and updated dining options.
The menu, which was introduced at the end of September, includes a range of cocktails such as the NYX Rasp-Lady – a blend of Brockmans gin and Chambord – and the Golden Orchard, made with bourbon, apple, ginger and red wine. Alcohol-free alternatives, including the Sweet Escape and the Zero Spritz, are available.
New dishes include pan roasted sea bass with lemon and garlic butter, katsu curry with chicken, prawn or smoked tofu, and a selection of grilled mains such as sirloin steak and the Cowboy Burger. Lighter plates feature salt and pepper squid with gochujang mayonnaise and a vegan meze with beetroot hummus and grilled pita.
Meanwhile, breakfast and brunch dishes are served from 8am to noon, offering options such as zaatar mushrooms on toast and a mango and coconut yoghurt bowl.
Located between the West End and Farringdon, NYX Hotel London Holborn describes itself as “a destination in itself” with bold interiors, curated rooms and regular music nights.
